Lakeside Properties was established by Gary L. Catlin in 1987 and has operated since that time with the same Broker/Owner. Specializing in
residential, lake/cabin, commercial and agriculture property
transactions, our professionals have
assisted with countless transactions in the Flint Hills region and
beyond offering a tremendous amount of local real estate knowledge.

Now a member of the Flint HIlls Association of REALTORS©, we join a network of over 250 REALTORS© with clients looking to buy in the Flint Hills region. As the Manhattan, KS and Junction City metropolitan area continues to grow, we find it increasingly important to help build the bridge between Manhattan and our Council Grove community. Many families relocating to the Manhattan area for university employment, military orders, National Bio and Agro-defense Facility (NBAF)-related work and other employment obligations, are beginning
to call neighboring communities home at an increasing rate. It’s clear a small commute is becoming less of a deterrent when the trade-off is lower housing costs, cheaper cost of living, great schools and a strong sense of community. We want to ensure Council Grove is presented as a viable option for those seeking such opportunities.
