About Gary L. Catlin
A graduate of Kansas State University in Agricultural Economics, Gary brings years of experience and knowledge in matters pertaining to property ownership and sales. Gary is the original owner of Lakeside Properties, starting the company in 1987. Past work in the banking industry and as a licensed appraiser has given Gary valuable insight into property values and taxation issues. He has served multiple terms, and continues to be an active member of the Council Grove City Lake Association Board of Directors.Gary grew up on the Catlin family farm in Medicine Lodge and continues the Catlin Farms operation in partnership with his brother. Gary and his wife, Becky, also own and operate Catlin Rentals.
An active member of the Council Grove community, Gary serves on the Council Grove Area Foundation Board and is a deacon and board member of The Community Christian Church. He has served as a Council Grove High School youth mentor the past eight years and is a current member of the CGHS Career and Technology Advisory Committee.
